Any shipments outside the US including Hawaii, and Alaska,.
will be by special arrangements only.
Most shipments go thru UPS and will be tracked and insured.
For this reason, it is very important to give us your Email
address with every order so UPS can send your tracking and
shipping information. UPS will email you when the package
has been shipped, and when it will arrive.
We cannot ship to the following places : PO Boxs, Military
APO or FPO.
Texas residents please add 8.25% sales tax plus
shipping.
If your product comes in damaged, please report this to
UPS . They are responsible for the insurance on your product.
If there is a factory defect with your merchandise, please
report that to me within 7 days of arrival.
All factory defects must be approved by the manufacture
before replacement can be made.
Do not send a product back without prior approval, for it
will not be accepted.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Only defective products
can be returned.
All products will be checked by me before shipment, so I
can make sure it is not damaged prior to shipping.
